Persuader Series: The Original Pad Thumper, Pike Pounder, Predator, Vandalizer, Bushwhacker, Violator

Seducer Lures provides proven baits to deliver your topwater fish. The Persuader Series features specialty and exclusive soft plastic partner baits. Included is The Original Pad Thumper, designed over 25 years ago as an answer to fishing heavy lily pad cover with a topwater bait.

The Original Pad Thumper

The first lure we designed , We called them "Pad Thumpers" because their main purpose was to fish them in heavy lily pads. The Pad Thumper evolved to use a soft foam head and further evolved (see the evolution in our About section) to settle on a Rainy's frog body on a fixed Gamakatsu weedless hook paired with a Mr. Twister 5" Swimsation paddle tail. To this day it's still a go-to bait.

The Pike Pounder

In the back of the lake, where the shallow stumps are, you cast your Pike Pounder. From 10 feet away the water starts to swirl and the V Wake starts heading towards your lure. The hit is a full speed smash. The "Pike Pounder" was designed to hunt Pickerel, Pike, and Musky. The Pike Pounder uses a large or extra large Surface Seducer head combined with a swinging open hook.

The Predator

The "Predator" is a big bait for big fish in heavy cover. This is not designed for dinks! Available with an extra large Seducer head paired with an exclusive 4/0 or 6/0 Ahrex Predator fixed or swinging weedless hook.

The Vandalizer

A partner exclusive, this bait comes pre-rigged with a selected body. VCL Baits makes some of the finest tournament proven soft plastics around. "Catch fish and cash checks". Seducer Lures has teamed up with VCL to offer the "Vandalizer". This bait features a medium Rainy's head in all available colors on a fixed Gamakatsu weedless hook paired with a VCL Swimco

The Bushwhacker

A partner exclusive, this bait comes pre-rigged with a selected body. Legacy Custom Tackle in Dulac Louisiana uses only premium soft plastics and hand pours their craft baits. The "Buzz Frog" is one of the best frogs out there. Seducer Lures has teamed up with Legacy Custom Tackle to offer the "Bushwhacker" featuring a Large seducer head swinging weedless hook with enough clearance to handle the paired LCT Buzz Frog. Throw this baby into the slopiest slop with confidence!

The Violator

A partner exclusive, this bait comes pre-rigged with a selected body. Snakehead Outlawz is the top Snakehead lure company around. Seducer Lures has teamed up with Snakehead Outlawz to offer the "Violator". This bait features a Large Crest head in all available colors on an exclusive screw hook paired with an Outlawz Dragon Destroyer body. Proven through extensive testing to nail even the biggest snakes and bowfin. Even at low speeds the bladed tail creates tremendous water disturbance. Especially effective when you need the tail of the bait to drop down below thick duckweed.
