Seducer Lures provides a proven bait to deliver your topwater Striped bass. The "Linesider" is a noisy Popper bait. Uses an extra large popper Surface Seducer, Rainy's Salt head, Rainy's Mega Diver Head, or Crest Large head combined with a swinging open hook.
